Because this is a festival that combines music, heritage and nature, good weather is an essential requirement for a perfect experience. That is what's in store for the second weekend of Jazz at Monserrate, on September 15, 16 and 17.
On these dates, the public can expect a varied program, aimed at both fans of this music genre as well as at those who are less familiar with it. The Park of Monserrate will be the stage for concerts by renowned artists such as Maria João, Carlos Bica, Bernardo Moreira, Cristina Branco and Adolfo Luxúria Canibal, as well as young musicians. There will also be plenty of poetry, fusions between baroque music and jazz, an original concert for families and a tribute to Carlos Paredes to close this second edition of the festival on a high note.
Jazz at Monserrate is promoted by Parques de Sintra and has the artistic conception of Clave na Mão. BPI - "la Caixa" Foundation is the patron of "Jazz at Monserrate", which is also sponsored by Tranquilidade and supported by the Sintra Town Council. Antena 2 and SAPO are the event's media partners.
